Your use of this internet site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules as changed. IDEACollections.com may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to this site from time to time.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names on this site, including without limitation, IDEACollections.com and KURVE designs are property of IDEA. No use of these may be made without the prior written authorization of IDEACollections.com, except to identify the products or services of IDEACollections.com. The products, logos, designs, advertisements and images described and/or displayed on this site may be intellectual property with rights reserved by IDEACollections.com or by other third parties. No license is granted with respect to these intellectual property rights.

All materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials appearing on this site (collectively,"Content") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by IDEACollections.com collectively, and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates. Availability and selection of the products on this website are subject to supply. Product descriptions, specifications, colors, and pricing are subject to change by IDEACollections.com at any time without notice. Prices displayed at the site are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

1.4 Limitation Of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold IDEACollections.com harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or related to your use of this site, IDEACollections.com shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your access to, or inability to access this site, or from your reliance on any information contained in this site.

1.5 E-mail Communication

When you send an email to IDEACollections.com, you consent to receive communications from us electronically in response. IDEACollections.com may communicate with you by email, newsletter and by updating or posting notices on the web site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosure and other communications that IDEACollections.com provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

1.6 Information We Gather

We use all information provided during registration and personalization to provide personalized content and services. Any account information you supply will be used only to process requested commerce transactions or to contact you regarding a specific transaction. IDEACollections.com may also use this information in order to generate aggregate reports that help us determine how to improve our users' experience. This data is anonymous and does not contain any personally identifiable information. IDEACollections.com will not disclose your user information to any outside organization without your consent. However, IDEACollections.com may disclose user information to the government and/or third parties when we have reason to believe that disclosure of such information is necessary to identify or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms and Conditions or otherwise causing harm to IDEACollections.com or anyone who could be victimized by such activities, and where otherwise required by law or by legal process.

By providing your email, cell phone number and/or telephone number during registration or personalization, you agree to receive marketing (including email, cell phone text messaging, and/or voice messaging) information from IDEA,INC. that informs you of new products, sales, promotions, contests, and features. Depending on the terms of your cell phone calling plan, you may incur, at your sole expense, a charge for received text messages. We may also offer you special promotions from our site or our sponsors. If you prefer not to receive such communications, you may contact us at info@ideacollections.com. We also use third party service providers to communicate with our customers and to do some promotions. We do not, however, authorize any of these service providers to make any other use of your information.

IDEACollections.com also derives user information through some simple technical methods. We may use data-tracking software that lets us know what areas of the site you visit most often. This helps us present you with the information and features in which you are most interested.

We may use your IP (Internet protocol) address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information.

Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests and to save your password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site.

1.7 Security

Providing a safe and secure environment for your order information is our top priority. IDEA protects the security of your online transaction by taking advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology encrypts data allowing only IDEA to decode your information and helps to create a secure environment for transactions on the internet. To further protect your security, we suggest you sign off your account and close your browser window after you have finished your visit, especially if you are using a computer shared by others.

1.8 Miscellaneous

This site and the Contents therein are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting IDEACollections.com products and services. This site is controlled and operated by IDEACollections.com from its offices in Los Angeles, California. IDEACollections.com reserves the right to make changes to the information in this site, or to the services described therein, at any time without notice. IDEACollections.com makes no commitment to update this information.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of California, County of Los Angeles and/or the Southern District of California.

1.9 Duration

This Agreement remains in effect unless and until terminated by either you or IDEACollections.com. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. IDEACollections.com may also terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site if in IDEACollections.com sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or IDEACollections.com, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

1.10 MSRP Policy

The success of our retailers when marketing and selling our products, as well as brand image, are important. A situation has arisen where multiple retailers are selling the same IDEA/KURVE styles in the Amazon.com online retail marketplace.  The result is drastic price competition, with retailers undercutting each other's pricing. Normally we would not interfere with retailer's pricing, however in this particular situation, the retailers involved are suffering from margin-squeeze, and it is also degrading our brand image.


An option we considered was to ban the sale of our products on Amazon.com altogether, however we feel this is too drastic a step.  While most of our retail customers purchase our products from local "brick and mortar" retail stores, we also have some consumers who enjoy purchasing from Amazon.com.  Often these consumers live in remote areas and their best option is to buy online. We also considered awarding the right to be the sole-retailer for all of our styles on Amazon.com, however we feel this is not fair for some of our other retailers who have already started selling there.


To be fair to our retailers selling on Amazon.com, we are instead implementing a "First to market for a style" policy, for sales through Amazon.com.  In short, the first retailer to list a specific style at Amazon.com will be the only seller allowed to sell that style.  Other retailers will not be able to sell the exact same style at a later date on Amazon.com.  


IDEA/KURVE sells hundreds of different styles, and we offer new styles almost every week. As such, we feel there is a large enough variety of styles to enable multiple retailers selling our various products on Amazon.com without directly competing with each other on price on specific styles. 


IDEA/Kurve does our best to be efficient with our manufacturing costs to keep our prices as low as possible for you, our valued retailer.  As you may know, this is a challenge when making clothing in the USA.  We stand behind our product's design and quality, and we hope you and your retail customers recognize this too.  Sales at MSRP is preferred, however we understand this doesn't always make sense when competing with other brand names who are selling similar styles.  Often these other styles are cheaply-made imports. In this situation, we recommend making it clear in your listings that IDEA/Kurve products are made in the USA using high quality materials and superior construction techniques.  Nevertheless, we understand that retailers, including those selling on Amazon.com, often need to sell below MSRP. This is fine, as long as the pricing is not so low that it degrades the image of our brand.


If you are an Amazon.com retailer, or are considering becoming one, please read the policy below carefully.




a.The first retailer to list a specific IDEA/KURVE style on Amazon.com has the right to be the sole-retailer of that style. Only one retailer may sell a particular IDEA/KURVE style on Amazon.com at any given time.  Retailer instructions:


i.When preparing to list a new style on Amazon.com, verify it is not already being sold by another vendor.


ii.Once you have listed the style on Amazon.com, send an email to info@ideacollections.com to register on the same day it has been listed.  Please include a link to your new listing.


1.We will verify your listing, and send a reply email acknowledging you as the official retailer for the particular style.


2.We will not reserve or hold a style, or a list of styles, for future listings for a retailer on Amazon.com.  You must have already verified the style is not being sold by another vendor, and have listed and activated it, for us to add you and the style to the registry.


3.IDEA will maintain a registry of retailers actively selling specific styles on Amazon.com.


4.If a retailer discontinues carrying a particular style on Amazon.com, another retailer may begin listing and registering the item for sale.


iii.If you are the sole-retailer for a particular style on Amazon.com, and notice another retailer listing the same style, inform info@ideacollections.com.  Please include a link to the listing. We will remind the seller of our policy and inform them to discontinue their listing.  If the problem persists, Idea will close their account.


b.Pricing shall be no less than 25% below MSRP. This including sales, as well as the combination of garments into multi-piece outfits.  In this second case, the price for the outfit shall be no less than 25% of the total MSRP for the styles that comprise the outfit.  Please adhere to this policy to help maintain the brand-image.


c.If you are a retailer and begin listing styles already listed and registered by one of our other retailers, you will receive an email from us informing you of this policy, and a request to remove the listing within 5 days.  If the listing is not removed, your account with IDEA will be closed.


d.Amazon.com is one of many online marketplaces.  IDEA reserves the right to apply this policy to additional online marketplaces in the future.

To retailers already selling our products on Amazon.com, as of 7/25/2015:


Please send a list of all the styles you currently list on Amazon.com, and the prices at which you are selling the products to info@ideacollections.com by August 3, 2015.  Please include a link to your "Seller Information" page as well. As stated in our new policy above, prices should be no less than 25% of MSRP.


IDEA will register your company as the seller of individual styles on Amazon.com. There will be some styles being sold by multiple vendors, and we will divide them up randomly and evenly.  We will inform you if another vendor has been assigned the right to sell a particular style by August 7th, 2015.

2. Open Account

2.1 How to open account

You can register by clicking on "Register" on the upper right corner of the site. This will take you to the registration page where you will fill out the required information. After registering, you will get a confirmation email with the required documents that you will need to send in to us. After you submit the documents, we will review your registration and email you when your account has been opened.

2.2 What forms are needed

The forms that you will need to send in are a copy of your business license or seller's permit. Once these have been sent in, we will send you a Credit Card Authorization Form that you will be required to fill out and send back to us. We will not open an account without these documents.

2.3 Why we need a Credit Card Authorization form

IDEA does not charge your card until the order is ready to be shipped out due to the varying cost of shipping. For this reason, we need your written consent to charge your card after we have added in the shipping costs. This form gives us permission to charge the card for your order and also to keep it on concealed file for all future orders unless stated otherwise. We require a new authorization form at the time of registration to make sure that we have your information ready to go once you place an order and also every time that a new card needs to be used. All Credit Card Authorization Forms must be filled out completely, signed and dated.

2.4 How to close my account

If you wish to close your account, you can contact customer service and let them know the reason that you wish to deactivate. We will make sure that the account is fully closed and that none of your information stays on file including your concealed credit card file. Once we close the account, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know that it has been successfully closed.

2.5 How do I retrieve my lost Email/password?

If you forget your username or password, you can easily reset it by clicking on the "forgot username" or "forgot password" link when logging in. Once you request your information, you will get an automated email to in which you will be given a temporary password with instructions on how to reset your password. Once you log in, you will need to change your password right away.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 How to Order

3.1.1 What is the easiest way to find what I need?

Use our top tab navigation to zero in on what you're looking for.

  1. Select one of the tabs at the top of any page.
  2. Then use the sub-tabs underneath to explore further.
  3. Every tab and sub-tab has further areas of the site mapped out down the left-hand side, as well, so there's plenty to explore.

Try entering a keyword, phrase or item number into our Search, and click Go. Then sort your Search Results easily by What's New, Price or Sale First to organize everything you've found the way you want it.

3.1.2 Where do I find the details about the items?

Clicking on an image or title of an item will take you to the product page. This page lists all the details about the item so you can review them before you make your purchase:

  • Key item features and attributes (price, fabric, colors, sizes, etc.)
  • Larger or alternative views
  • Special fit information
  • Other items that related items

3.1.3 How do I place an item in my Shopping Bag?

To purchase an item, you must first add it to your Shopping Bag.

  1. Select your color and size

    View all the sizes and colors available in the item you are considering by using the drop-downs. Then make your selection.

  2. Click the Add to Shopping Bag button

    After you have successfully added an item to your Shopping Bag, click Return to Shopping to continue shopping and add other items to your bag.

  3. If you log out without checking out

    If you logged out or were logged out due to the time out session without checking out, your selected items will stay in your shopping cart. Whenever there are unchecked out items in your cart, you will be directed straight to the checkout page in order to remind you that you have an outstanding order that has not been submitted. If you are still not ready to check out, you can just click on the "continue shopping" button. Even you logged out without checking out, your selected items which is in shopping cart will stay when you log in back. When you log in back, check out page will appear to you automatically to help checking out remained items.

3.1.4 Wish List

The Add to Wish List link allows you to:

  • Save the items that you're thinking about buying.
  • E-mail them to a friend for a second opinion, drop a hint, or send just for fun.

These items will remain on your Wish List page until the next time you visit our site, as long as they are still in stock.

Your Wish List is NOT the same thing as your Shopping Bag. When you decide to purchase an item, you will need to move it from your Wish List to your Shopping Bag in order to complete your order.

3.1.5 How do I complete my order?

After you have added an item to your Shopping Bag, you will immediately be able to view your items and start the checkout process.

3.1.7 Shipping & Billing Information

Choose where to ship your order and how you would like it to be shipped. Once you submit the order, you will be required to fax a Credit Card Authorization Form if we do not have your desired payment information on file already. You will not be charged until we process the order and add the shipping charges. If there are any shortages or if we are out of stock, we will notify you to give you the option of shipping whatever we have or taking it off of the order. We will not ship until we have confirmed with you. However, if we cannot get a hold of you regarding declined credit card information or confirmation on your order within 3 business days, we will consider your order to be cancelled by the customer at which point you will have to re-place a new order. Upon you click payment, Transaction will not happen and our customer service team will review your order and if there is no any problem to ship out, we will process payment by credit card which is provided from customer on site. We may request "Credit Card Authorization Form" to customer. We may check out partially with permission of customer.

3.1.8 Order Confirmation

If your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email stating that we have received your order and another confirmation email to notify you that your order has been shipped. Your order has been successfully submitted. You will receive your Order Confirmation E-mail as soon as our shipments are ready to ship out.

3.1.9 Order Shipped & Order Updates

You will receive a confirmation email to notify you that your order has been shipped. You may contact customer service if you have any questions regarding your shipment.

3.1.10 To Review Your Order

Reviewing your Order Information is easy. Just look for "My Account" at the top of every page. It links you to your Order Status and your Order History.

3.3 Private Labeling

If you would like to inquire about private labeling, you may contact customer service to further assist you. If you choose to do so, you will need to decide whether to do a sew in label or a stamp label. Sew in labels will be provided by customer and will be sewn into the garment in place of the "IDEA" labels. If you choose to do a stamp label, you will be responsible for sending the necessary artwork for your logo as a vector file. We will send you a pad proof for the stamp logo and will stamp it into the garment in place of the "IDEA" labels. Please contact customer service for minimums and policies to private label.

We could make private labeling upon customer's request, and will follow below rules. We have 2 kinds of labeling method. One is fabric labeling with sewing and another is label less stamp method.

3.4 Artwork

Customer need to send us customer's own artwork of logo and wording by Vector file ( AI and PDF File)

Design team or customer service team will send you artwork confirmation form to confirm. Customer need to confirm the artwork to produce the garment with private label.

3.5 Replacement Plates

Stamp label mold plate will be replaced every 6months. If mold plate become damaged before 6 months, we will replace on our duty, however at the 6 month mark, customer will be charged for replacing. Another 6 months will begin from the 1st day that the mold plate has been approved. All replacement charge will be $75.00.

3.6 Payment

IDEA, Inc accepts Visa, Master and American Express. When placing an order, customer will be asked to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form. We do not accept C.O.D shipping and personal check by mail.

3.7 Out of Stock items

While we make every effort to keep our website updated, we will occasionally run out of stock and not be able to update before an order comes in. If we are out of stock on any item that you have ordered, our customer service will contact you within 24 hours to let you know and the out of stock items will be removed from your current order and total.

4. Shipping & Return

4.1 Return Policy

Returns are only accepted within 7 days after receipt of goods in your store. All returns, excluding manufacturer's defect, are subjected a 10% restocking fee. The merchandise must be in original conditions which have not been worn, washed, or altered, and must have all original tags attached. Customer must be returned with a copy of the original invoice.

Return will not be accepted without a return authorization number which is issued by IDEA. Customer must contact IDEA within the 5 day period in order to receive a return authorization which will be issued after review.

No returns accepted for order base items unless it is damaged.

Shipping charges for exchanges or returns will be at the customer's expense unless the item being returned was due to a shipping error or manufacturer's defect.

We recommend that customers ship the package back, either insured mail or UPS ground to assure delivery.

IDEA will only provide credit on future orders for all returns, including returns for defective items.

4.2 How to return

IDEA will review your request and send you a return authorization number. All store credit will be given once the merchandise is received and processed within 15 business days.

4.3 Shipping

We process all orders as soon as we receive it. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days as long as everything is in stock. In the event that something is out of stock, we will contact you to make sure that it is ok to ship whatever we have. Orders will NOT be shipped until order has been confirmed. IDEA offers reliable shipping via UPS and FEDEX. Ground shipping is guaranteed to arrive in 3-7 business days after order has been shipped. IDEA cannot be held responsible for shipping delays as it is out of our hands once the shipper has picked up the package. Customer may choose to upgrade shipping if needed.
